Today Shannon and I participated in the "Responsible Sellers and Servers: Virginia's Program" seminar hosted by the Virginia ABC. It was an eye-opening learning experience, as we covered many topics such as various laws, proper ID techniques, handling intoxicated guests and other valuable information. We highly recommend this program for anyone working in an industry where alcohol is served. You're doing yourself and your patrons a great service by having the knowledge.
