Eleventh Spray

Pristine = 10.5 oz per acre (front block only)

Also checked the stats on the Viognier and wow we are WAY ahead of schedule, but from talking to our colleagues around the region everyone seems to be anywhere from 10 to 30 days ahead of normal harvest time.

Brix = 20.1
pH = 3.00
Flavor profile = still green but developing well

By contrast on 30-Aug-2009 the brix was only at 18.4 with pH of 3.14. This year is definitely whacked...
